This item ships directly from our partner’s facility. Separate shipping is calculated at checkout, and it doesn’t qualify for TCR’s free-shipping offer.
Made to order: Rhino’s Reef typically manufactures and dispatches small Shopify Collective orders of one or two items within 1–2 business days. Larger orders or periods of higher demand may require the supplier’s general 7–14-day production estimate. These are estimates, not guaranteed dispatch or delivery dates. Shipping transit time is additional.
Rhino’s Reef return exception: This made-to-order item is final sale and is not eligible for voluntary returns, including change-of-mind returns. This product-specific restriction is an exception to TCR’s general 14-day equipment return window. It does not apply to damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled items, or to rights under applicable law. Please contact support@texascoralranch.com for assistance.
