Bring advanced full-spectrum lighting, exceptional color blending and intelligent control to your reef aquarium with the Orphek Natura iCon.

Designed for SPS and LPS reef systems, the Natura iCon combines 78 high-efficiency 6-watt mixed-color dual-chip LEDs with Orphek’s advanced iCon control technology. Its broad 390–740 nm spectrum supports coral growth, coloration and fluorescence while producing smooth, natural-looking illumination throughout the aquarium.

One Natura iCon provides recommended coverage for reef aquariums measuring approximately 32 × 30 inches when mounted around 8 inches above the water.

Advanced Full-Spectrum Reef Lighting

Each Natura iCon contains 78 customized dual-chip LEDs, providing 156 individual LED chips across 13 optimized color combinations. This design creates a broad, evenly blended spectrum without the harsh separation commonly associated with traditional multicolor LED fixtures. The resulting light supports:

• SPS and LPS coral growth
• Enhanced coral coloration and fluorescence
• Even light distribution and reduced visual hotspots
• Natural daytime and lunar illumination
• Coral farming and seasonal spawning programs
• Reef aquariums in homes, businesses and public displays

Intelligent App Control

The Natura iCon connects to the free Orphek iCon app through Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, providing responsive control from compatible iOS and Android devices.

Control features include:

• Six independently controlled lighting channels
• Sun and Moon Synchronization
• Adjustable time-offset control
• Seasonal calendar programming
• Full progressive daytime dimming
• Precise lunar-cycle dimming
• Built-in lighting programs
• Custom schedules and intensity settings
• Cloud connectivity and remote access

Natural Sun and Moon Synchronization

Orphek’s Sun and Moon Synchronization system allows the Natura iCon to follow natural solar and lunar cycles based on your location or another selected location worldwide.

The system can gradually reproduce sunrise, daylight, sunset and moonlight while providing precise control over the aquarium’s daily lighting schedule.
